RoadReco Services

RoadReco provides roadside support for heavy-duty trucks, hotshots, medium-duty trucks, and passenger vehicles. We offer fast-response mobile service for common roadside issues including mechanical problems, jump starts, fuel delivery, tire service, and fleet support.

Service Call Fees

Heavy-Duty Truck / Trailer Roadside Service: $125
Hotshot Roadside Service: $80
Passenger Vehicle / Medium-Duty Roadside Service: $60

Service call fees cover dispatch, arrival, and initial on-site assessment.

Labor Rate

Labor is billed at $125 per hour in 30-minute increments when repair work is required beyond the standard service call.

Mechanical Roadcalls

We provide roadside support for common heavy-duty and roadside mechanical issues, including:

Starters
Alternators
Brakes
Air Systems
Coolant Leaks
Electrical Issues
Battery Replacement
Forced Regen (Available Soon)
Code Reading (Available Soon)

Mechanical roadcalls are billed at the applicable service call fee, plus labor and parts as needed.

Jump Start Roadcalls

We offer jump starts for battery-related issues, including:

12V Systems
24V Systems (Available Soon)
Priming upon request if needed

Jump starts are billed at the applicable service call fee.

Battery Replacement

Battery replacements are billed at the applicable service call fee, plus $20 per battery installed.

Fuel Run Roadcalls

Emergency mobile fuel delivery available for:

Diesel
DEF
Gas

Fuel runs are billed at the applicable service call fee, plus the cost of the fuel product delivered.

Fuel is charged at the start of the run based on the current sale price at pickup and adjusted if needed.

Tire Roadcalls

We provide roadside tire-related service, including:

Tire Repair
Tire Replacement
Spare Mount
Mud Flaps
Mud Flap Brackets

Tire roadcalls are billed at the applicable service call fee, plus labor and parts/materials as needed.

DOT Inspections and Fleet Maintenance

For on-site DOT inspections and fleet maintenance, pricing is based on an initial service call fee plus per-unit service rates depending on the number of trucks and trailers being serviced.

Parts Availability

Some parts and tires are stocked on an as-needed basis. Response and repair times may be affected by vendor availability.
